Did you know that installers need to use six nails per shingle to ensure your shingles stay in place? Get this…most other local contractors use five or four…or don’t even keep track during their installations.
This makes your new roof vulnerable to water leaks and compromises the integrity of your shingles. Improper nail usage also makes them insecure and prone to fly off the next time a strong wind blows through.

Here’s a fact. The State of Florida requires only a one-year labor warranty on new roofs. Many other Southwest Florida roofers may offer two years, five, or even seven. But that STILL doesn’t cut it for us.
